The Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame seeking nominations for the Class of 2025.
“This prestigious honor celebrates outstanding educators across the Commonwealth who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their students and the teaching profession,” the university press release stated.
Eligible nominees must have at least 19 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 10 years served in a Kentucky school.
Both living and posthumous nominations are welcome. Nominations must be submitted by Aug. 15.
In previous years, two educators from Barren County — Jesse Brown and Helen Russell — were inducted into the Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame.
