The Glasgow City Council meeting for Nov. 24 is canceled.
City clerk Danielle Cashion wrote in a notice that the meeting was canceled due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, which is on Thursday, Nov. 27, and the lack of new business. The notice states the bimonthly council meetings will resume in December.
Glasgow City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6 p.m. The meetings are open to the public.
