The Boys and Girls Club of Glasgow-Barren County has a groundbreaking ceremony today at 4 p.m. for the Guilfoil Recreation Center.
Dirt work is already underway at 801 Columbia Avenue in Glasgow, but the club and its benefactors will be celebrating the new addition with the ceremony.
Joe and Kelly Craft have been significant contributors for the club. They helped with the purchase of the building where the club is now off Columbia Avenue, and the new recreation center is named in honor of Kelly’s parents.
There will be light refreshments following the groundbreaking ceremony.
