A Glasgow man has been arrested on stolen vehicle and drug charges.
Glasgow police officer Micah Janes located a stolen vehicle on Happy Valley Road “after receiving a Flock Camera Alert,” a Glasgow Police Department press release stated.
Derek Sanders, 43, was driving the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop and allegedly confirmed it was stolen from Louisville, the release stated. Upon searching the vehicle, Janes found “methamphetamine inside the center console.”
Sanders is charged with receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 but less than $10,000 and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense.
