What a wonderful experience to get to interview Jemma, Miss Pre-Teen Barren Co Fair & Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky Co Fair. Jemma is the first represenative of the Barren County Fair to capture a Kentucky State Fair title since 1992! Her category is 8-12 yr olds and she won as an 8 yr old out of 80 contestants! Her energy, excitement & kindness completely filled the studio. Planting Joy with Jemma is her platform and she told us a little bit about that. She was a little doll!
