Shannon with Friends of Barren River Lake stopped by this morning to give us details on the July 4th Celebration at Barren River Lake. They will begin parking cars at 10am. Beach is closed for swimming, but you can park down there for $20 cash only. Parking elsewhere is free. Boaters Parade is from 2-3 and will begin at Walnut Creek. At the top of the hill, there will be food trucks. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and the whole family for a fun night! #fireworks #lake #july4th
