BRAWA is preparing to mark a major milestone with its annual fundraiser in Glasgow.
Organizers said the nonprofit is celebrating its 30th anniversary with the 16th annual Shake Your Paw Ball, planned for Saturday.
The Paw Ball is described as an evening event that brings supporters together to raise money for BRAWA’s work.
Event organizers said they are thankful for community members who plan to attend and for sponsors who are helping support the fundraiser.
Live music is part of the celebration this year. The Unpredictables is scheduled to perform during the Paw Ball, providing entertainment throughout the night, according to organizers.
A silent auction is another key feature of the event. Organizers said the silent auction begins at 6 p.m., when the bar opens and guests can start the evening with cocktails while they browse items and place bids.
Attendees will be able to walk around the venue, look over the auction offerings and submit bids during the event.
