Good news and bad news for Barren Countians awaiting the opening of Glasgow Square’s newest hobby business. The good news came with the Historic Preservation Commission’s approval of owner Paul Cloyd’s Certificate of Appropriateness, which will allow him to make renovations to the building’s facade. The bad news is that the opening of CardMaster Hobbies will be delayed a couple months due to issues with the roof.
