The Glasgow Police Department arrested 52-year-old Frank Defilippo on a charge first-degree sexual abuse on Jan. 16.
Defilippo was arrested after an investigation discovered he had sent a juvenile inappropriate text messages and “groped her breast.”
“The investigation also revealed that Defilippo had groped the female two years ago in a separate incident,” the police department release states.
Defilippo is lodged in the Barren County Detention Center. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 23 at 12:30 p.m.
